To address this, I propose a simple medical register or notification system:

• Participants with medical devices could sign in or notify the organisers in advance.

• The register would allow the organisers to recognise legitimate use of phones or devices for health purposes only.

• This ensures that participants can monitor blood sugar safely without disrupting the quiz or being suspected of cheating.

I believe this is a small and practical adjustment that protects the health and safety of participants while maintaining the integrity of the quiz.
