Christian Union

  • Christian union society

Description

We are the Christian Union Society.

We are a group of students at Teesside University who meet to grow in faith and share Jesus with the campus.

Our Vision is to translate the gospel to students in a culturally relevant way, to engage every student into a local expression of church and to create an environment where students can support each other and build friendships

We represent the Christians on Campus. We meet to Worship, read, and study the bible, pray, have fun, meet other Christians, socialize, and share in fellowship together.

We as Christians come from many denominations and backgrounds of churches. However, we are still united in our core Christian values that are at the centre of each of our relationship with God.

Jesus Christ did not come into the world to establish a religion; He came to bring all of us closer to God the father. We as a CU believe in One God coexisting in three persons: The father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. We also believe that Jesus is the Son of God and that Jesus died for our sins and rose again. We as a CU revere the Holy Bible as the word of God and upholds the instructions commanded in it.

Whether you are planning to join the CU or want to find out what we are all about, we would love to get to know you and make sure to keep up to date on our Social Media.

We are a registered society at Teesside University Student's Union. We also partner with Teesside University Faith and Reflection Team.
